RSS Feeds

RSS Feeds can be used for so much. Almost all blogs and news/review sites have them these days, and if it doesn't have one, it is not worth reading. So what do you do? There is always the Live Bookmarks feature of Firefox, but if you keep track of a lots and lots of Feeds, it just won't suffice. One that I just downloaded and like reasonably well is RSSOwl. It is open source and cross-platform, because it is based off of Java. It has lots of feeds pre-programmed in, and it isn't too hard to add others to the Favorites. The only thing bad about it is that it used IE to open web pages within the application, but you can tell the program to use an external browser. RSS Feeds: the wave of the future! Hop on!
